Here is the release note 0.918.140 implemented this morning:

* Global changes:

- Added the Valentine’s Day Event.
- Stats on Pomerium and Pesentio achievements have been adjusted.
- Seraphic Jewelry now requires “SoulCraft Expander (Accessory)” instead of “SoulCraft Expander (Armor)”.
- Rotation of the “Mix Board” advanced tab.
- Aim Rate and Dodge Rate have been adjusted as follows:

*Aim Rate:
Dragoon: +2%
Overlord: +3%
Sorcerer: +6%
Invoker: -4%
Destroyer: -2%
Sentinel: -1%
Ninja: +5%
Savage: +5%
Jumeaux: -2%
Earth Master: +3%

*Dodge Rate:

Sentinel: +2% base.
* “Hallucination” now grants 35% Dodge Rate at max level.
* “Mesmerize” no longer grants Dodge Rate.

Savage: +9% base.
* “Mind Reading” now grants 12% Dodge Rate at max level.

Ninja: +6% base.
* “Storm Stepping” now grants 14% Dodge Rate at max level.

* Event: Valentine’s Day

- Added 2 NPCs in the Port of the Winds.
- Added event quests. The first quest is “Chocolate Master” and is given by Banker[Sofia].
- Added the Cookie Factory F1, F6 and F7 mode.
- Added a new jewelry set at the Machine in the Factory.
- Added a new Chest in the Shop.
- A DPs +20% promotion is active for the duration of the event.
